Are your sunglasses available in stores?
Right now, we are exclusively on our website, www.hideplayseek.com and on Amazon. However, we are seeking retail partners worldwide. You may apply by clicking here.

Where are Hide + Seek sunglasses made?
All of our products are designed in California, USA and ethically produced, handcrafted in China.

Are your sunglasses safety certified?
Yes, all materials meet FDA requirements. CE approved.

What protection do your sunglasses provide?
We offer two levels of sun protection. UV400, 100% UVA & UVB protection and polarized lenses.

What is so special about polarized lenses?
Polarized sunglasses have the same UV400, 100% UVA & UVB protection as our other sunglasses, while eliminating glare that reduces visibility. These lenses contain a special filter that blocks intense reflected light, reducing glare. Perfect for water activities.

Why are your polarized sunglasses a higher price than your traditional UV protection?
Polarized lenses require a more complicated process and additional materials to produce. The higher price is for the extra protection.

How can I ensure the best fit for my child’s head?
Each product description has exact measurements for that style. For best fit measure the width of the child’s face and compare.

Does my purchase come with anything else besides the sunglasses?
Yes! Each pair of sunglasses includes a premium vegan leather stamped clutch with removable high quality pom keychain and custom signature enamel pin. Perfect for mama’s purse and keys or storing your little one’s special treasures!

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. You choose you’re method when checking out. For exact rates add items to cart.

What forms of payment can I use?
All major credit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be immediately changed or canceled due to the quick turnaround in our shipping department.

What is your turnaround time?
Orders ship within two to three business days of being placed. Once the order is packaged, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Orders are shipped via the option you choose when checking out.

How can I check the status of my order?
After purchase, you will receive an email with your order number and shipping status (allow 1-2 business days for your shipping status to update). You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account at www.hideplayseek.com.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. If you choose priority mail shipping option, you will be supplied with $50 of insurance for your package. If you choose priority mail express shipping option, you will be supplied with $100 of insurance. We suggest contacting your local USPS post office; as they can track the movement more effectively.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received a style or color that’s different from the one you originally ordered, email us at hello@hideplayseek.com and we’ll get the correct order sent out to you as soon as possible.

I choose international shipping, do I have to pay additional fees to pick up my package?
When you order products from another country, you may be required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax.

Do you offer returns?
Yes, you may return any sealed, unused, non-sale merchandise purchased from hideplayseek.com within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund minus shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Click here to submit a return.

Do you have a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a one year guarantee. You must register your purchase within the first thirty days of purchasing and if your little one happens to break their sunnies, all you pay is shipping for a replacement pair. Please note, warranty does not cover scratches, stretching of the frames due to misuse or the loss of screws due to neglect. Click here to register your purchase. For every pair sold, one pair of sunglasses is donated to an underprivileged child through various 501c(3) organizations. Our mission is to spread joy to childhoods worldwide.
